Content Licensing & Usage Rights
Create once.
Use it clearly.
Content creation and content usage are two different pieces of a campaign. This page explains the common licensing paths for Skyler’s photo and video work so brands can scope organic, website, paid and extended use before a project begins.

The deliverable is the content. The license defines where it can go.
A social post, product photo or short-form video can carry very different value depending on where it is used, how long it runs and whether it appears in paid media. Defining those rights up front keeps campaign scope clean and avoids vague “all media forever” language.
Match the rights to the campaign.
No fixed public pricing is posted because licensing depends on scope. These categories make it easier to identify what a brand actually needs before a quote is prepared.
Brand-Owned Social
Use on the brand’s own organic social channels for an agreed period, separate from paid advertising rights.
Website & E-commerce
Product pages, landing pages, brand websites, retailer pages and other agreed digital storefront placements.
Email & Digital Marketing
Email campaigns, newsletters and other brand-owned digital communications when included in the scope.
Paid Social & Advertising
Sponsored distribution, performance creative and creator-handle amplification when specifically agreed in the campaign terms.
Extended Campaign Use
Longer terms, broader placements, retail use, event screens or other expanded applications beyond the original deliverable scope.
Renewals
When a campaign keeps performing, usage can be extended through a new agreed term instead of converting automatically into permanent rights.

Usage is priced by reach, duration and control.
A six-week organic repost is not the same use as a year of paid advertising. Licensing can account for the actual commercial value of the content while keeping the agreement understandable for both sides.
